We are currently building a 20’ tunnel skiff that will be finished with a center console. The hull is cold molded with two layers of Meranti BS1088 plywood. the transom, stringers, deck, bulkheads and covering boards are built using Coosa board. The hull is glassed inside and out using West System epoxy and 1208 biaxial fiberglass.

We believe marrying “new age” materials like Coosa and Corecell to a cold molded plywood hull delivers the soft, smooth ride characteristic of cold molded boats. By using composite materials internally we ensure superior durability and reduced maintenance. This approach creates lightweight, high strength vessels that offer lasting performance and a lifetime on the water.
